Our Fees

Clear, fair and transparent

We believe great financial advice should come with complete clarity on cost. Our fees are tailored to your circumstances, the complexity of your needs and the service you require.

How we charge

  • Initial advice: A fee for reviewing your needs and developing personalised recommendations.

  • Ongoing advice: An agreed fee for continued support and regular financial reviews.

Our fees may be fixed or percentage-based, depending on the service provided. We'll explain all costs upfront, including any relevant third-party charges, so you know exactly what to expect.

Initial Advice Charges

Our initial advice charges depend on the type of advice required, the complexity of your circumstances and whether implementation is needed.

Advice Reports

We offer fixed-fee advice reports for specific financial planning needs, including retirement options advice and cash flow modelling, without implementation.

  • Retirement options report: £1,500 fixed fee.

  • Standalone cash flow forecast: £1,500 for a single client or £2,000 for a joint report.

Implementation of Investments or Pension Contributions

Where we implement an investment or pension contribution following advice, our typical charge is between 1% and 2% of the investment amount, depending on complexity.

The minimum fee is usually £1,000, agreed on an individual basis.

Implementation of Investment or Pension Transfers/Switches

For the implementation of an investment or pension transfer or switch, our typical charge is between 1% and 2% of the investment amount, depending on complexity.

The minimum fee is usually £1,000, agreed on an individual basis. The fee will be either an agreed percentage of the final transfer value or an agreed monetary amount.

Minimum new client take-on fee: £1,500. This is sometimes discounted for younger members of the family.

Ongoing Advice Charges

Our ongoing advice service is charged annually as a percentage of the total value of the funds under our advice.

The annual charge is between 0.5% and 1%, depending on the value and complexity of your portfolio. We have different levels of ongoing service and a minimum annual fee of £750 applies.

Annual Fee Structure

Our ongoing advice fees are tiered according to portfolio value:

  • First £200,000: 1.00% per annum.

  • Portion between £200,000 and £400,000: 0.75% per annum.

  • Portion above £400,000: 0.50% per annum.

These rates are applied to the relevant portions of the portfolio when calculating the tiered fee.
